Residential and Commercial Water Service Rates<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The following rates apply to residential and commercial water service:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rates effective January 2025<\/td>In Town<\/strong><\/td>Out of Town<\/strong><\/td><\/tr>
0 \u2013 1,000 gallons<\/td>$23.76<\/td>$34.32<\/td><\/tr>
For each 1,000 gallons thereafter<\/td>$6.55<\/td>$9.83<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

In Town Industrial customers shall pay the monthly water service rate of $6.62 for each 1,000 gallons, or fraction thereof, for water supplied, and out of Town industrial customers shall pay $9.00 for each 1,000 gallons, or fraction thereof, for water supplied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Residential and Commercial Sewer Service Charge<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

0 \u2013 1,000 gallons<\/td>$29.46<\/td>$45.78<\/td><\/tr>
For each 1,000 gallons thereafter<\/td>$7.62<\/td>$11.43<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

All in town industrial customers shall pay the monthly sewer service rate of $8.51 for each 1,000 gallons, or fraction thereof, for sewer use.  Out of town industrial sewer shall be $12.56 for each 1,000 gallons, or fraction thereof.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Water Service Connection Fee<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The following fee shall be charged for each service line connection onto an available water main:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3\/4\u2033 connection<\/td>$1,500*<\/td>$1,750.00*<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

*The Town reserves the right to charge the total cost to the customer to make the 3\/4\u2033 connection if the costs exceed the above fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For taps larger than 3\/4\u2033 the cost will be tbe total cost to include but not limited to all materials, all contrador costs, and all other costs to construct the water line including appurtenances to the property line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Security Deposits<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The security deposits shall be based on the water service line connections as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sewer Service Connection Fee<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The following fee shall be charged for each new sewer line connected:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4\u2033 Gravity Service<\/td>$1,500.00*<\/td>$1,800.00*<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

*The Town reserves the right to charge the total cost to the Town to make the 4\u2033 connection if costs exceed the above fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For taps greater than 4\u2033 and all other sewer lines the cost will be the total cost to include but not limited to all materials, all contractor costs, and all other costs to construct the sewer line including appurtenances to the property line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of inconsistency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Late Fees and Disconnect Fees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The following fees will be charged for late payments and disconnected services due to non-payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Late Fee<\/td>10 % if paid after the due date<\/td><\/tr>
Disconnect Fee<\/td>$50 for normal shutoff. Includes water, sewer, and\/or trash.<\/td><\/tr>
Disconnect Fee<\/td>$200 atypical shutoff that requires use of backhoe to disconnect service.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
