Residential and Commercial Water Service Rates

The following rates apply to residential and commercial water service:

| 0 – 1,000 gallons | $22.33 | $32.25 |
| For each 1,000 gallons thereafter | $6.16 | $9.24 |
In Town Industrial customers shall pay the monthly water service rate of $6.62 for each 1,000 gallons, or fraction thereof, for water supplied, and out of Town industrial customers shall pay $9.00 for each 1,000 gallons, or fraction thereof, for water supplied.
Residential and Commercial Sewer Service Charge

All in town industrial customers shall pay the monthly sewer service rate of $8.51 for each 1,000 gallons, or fraction thereof, for sewer use. Out of town industrial sewer shall be $12.56 for each 1,000 gallons, or fraction thereof.
Water Service Connection Fee
The following fee shall be charged for each service line connection onto an available water main:

| 3/4″ connection | $1,500* | $1,750.00* |
*The Town reserves the right to charge the total cost to the customer to make the 3/4″ connection if the costs exceed the above fee.
For taps larger than 3/4″ the cost will be tbe total cost to include but not limited to all materials, all contrador costs, and all other costs to construct the water line including appurtenances to the property line.
Security Deposits
The security deposits shall be based on the water service line connections as follows:

| 4″ Sewer Connection | $75.00 | $150.00 |

| 8″ Sewer Connection | $500.00 | $1,000.00 |
Sewer Service Connection Fee
The following fee shall be charged for each new sewer line connected:

| 4″ Gravity Service | $1,500.00* | $1,800.00* |
*The Town reserves the right to charge the total cost to the Town to make the 4″ connection if costs exceed the above fees.
For taps greater than 4″ and all other sewer lines the cost will be the total cost to include but not limited to all materials, all contractor costs, and all other costs to construct the sewer line including appurtenances to the property line.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of inconsistency.
